These website terms concern browsing the aayugo marketing website and sending an enquiry. aayugo is used as a brand name on this website.
1. Website information and enquiries
The website describes aayugo and provides a way to discuss requirements. Package descriptions and starting limits are information about the offer, not a completed Custom order. Sending an enquiry does not place an order, create a payment obligation, or authorize a recurring charge. Scope, fees, taxes, delivery, cancellation and refunds for a Custom service must be stated in an accepted quote or agreement before purchase.
2. Separate application service
These website terms do not govern an application account or replace the application’s service agreement. The Login, Sign up and Start Free links take you to app.aayugo.com. Review the application terms and application privacy information before creating an account or using workspace features. Website terms must not be treated as agreement to paid service or customer-data processing terms.
3. Appropriate use
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content or spam, or misuse information about others. Provide contact details you are entitled to use. Do not send sensitive personal data through the general enquiry form.
4. Content and availability
Respect rights in the website text, design, images and software, including any applicable third-party licences. Product information may change as the service develops. Reasonable care is taken with the information, but website availability and the suitability of general information for a particular requirement are not guaranteed.
