This notice explains how information is handled on the aayugo marketing website at aayugo.in, including its enquiry form. aayugo is the brand used on this website.

1. What this notice covers
This notice covers browsing this website and submitting a request about aayugo. It does not cover registration, authentication, business records, documents, messages, employees, or other information in the separate application at app.aayugo.com. Before using that application, review the privacy information and terms shown in the application.
2. Information collected
The enquiry form collects your first and last name, work email, company, and the requirements you enter. If you use the plan finder, the team size and selected applications are carried into the requirements field. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, health information, identity documents, or other sensitive personal data through this form.
Hosting and security systems process technical request information such as IP address, browser/request details and timestamps. The enquiry handler stores hashed-IP keys and timestamps for rate limiting; it does not write the enquiry message to that rate-control file. Details you enter remain in the page until you submit, clear, or leave it; the website code does not save a draft in browser storage.
3. Why information is used
Enquiry details are used to understand your requirements, respond to you, prepare a proposed package where requested, and manage the resulting conversation. Technical information is used to deliver the website and prevent abuse. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
You choose whether to submit an enquiry. Required fields allow a meaningful response; you may instead email the published contact. Information is handled for the stated purpose and subject to applicable legal requirements. A request for further permission will be made before an optional use that requires separate consent.
4. Recipients and service providers
The website is hosted and delivered through Hostinger. The enquiry handler uses the hosting mail service to send your request to contact@aayugo.com. Hostinger, the receiving mailbox provider, and the people handling your enquiry may process the information for those purposes. The handler has no advertising, analytics, or external form-provider integration.
Information may also need to be retained or disclosed to comply with a legal duty, address a valid legal request, or protect the website against abuse, subject to applicable law. Hosting and email providers process information under their respective service and privacy arrangements. For questions about how your enquiry is handled, contact the email address above.
5. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained while the request, related follow-up, or an active business discussion needs it, and where a legal record or claim justifies keeping it. Correspondence should be reviewed and removed or anonymised when it is no longer needed. There is no promise that all mailbox or backup copies disappear immediately after a request.
Rate-control entries older than fifteen minutes stop contributing to the submission limit and are removed when a subsequent valid submission updates the rate file. Hosting access/security logs and mailbox backups follow the relevant provider arrangements. This website notice does not set retention for application workspace data.
6. Security and form handling
The website uses HTTPS. The enquiry handler validates field lengths and email format, checks request origin, rejects email-header injection, and uses a honeypot and rate limiting. A successful response means the mail service accepted the message for sending, not that inbox delivery was confirmed. Failed submissions keep the entered details available in the page for correction or retry. No control can guarantee absolute security or delivery.
7. Requests, choices and complaints
Email legal@aayugo.com to ask about your website enquiry, correct its details, request deletion, withdraw a permission you gave, or raise a privacy concern. We may need enough information to identify the correspondence and verify your authority. Requests will be considered under the applicable law; a legal retention obligation may limit deletion. You retain any statutory complaint or supervisory-authority rights that apply.
For information inside a customer organization’s application workspace, use the organization’s contact and the application’s privacy process.
8. Cookies and changes
See website cookie and technology information. This notice may be updated when website processing changes. A notice update alone does not establish consent for a new optional purpose. The effective date of this notice is shown above.
